Help! Walls painted too dark

Iíve painted all the walls in my room a dark grey and I think itís too dark. Is there a way to lighten or dilute some of the colour away.

The paint was quite expensive as i wanted the cement effect so Iím hoping I donít have to repaint everything.

The only way to make the walls a lighter color is to paint them with a lighter color.
Extra lighting often helps to brighten up otherwise dark walls.

You could do a wash. Basically a thinned paint so it's semi transparent. It does require good technique as you have to put it on evenly or in some pattern. Get it wrong and it really stands out.

Since most paints fade darker, not lighter, your only choice is to repaint. I would suggest you get a color swatch and check it out before repainting.
