Window trim to wall tile transition in corner

I'm getting ready to install wall tile in bathroom which is on 3rd floor and has a dormer with window, the window is slightly off center and the right vertical piece of window trim butts directly up to the wall (see pics). The line on wall is where the tile will stop. What is the best/proper way to make this transition in the corner? Should I cut the window trim to allow tile to be installed all the way to the corner?

You can leave a gap of 1/8" next to the trim, then use grout caulk where the two meet.

Where is the space? Looks like drywall. Most bathroom windows are in the shower area, so if you are working with drywall, that is an issue to start. More information is needed to answer you question.

The sink vanity will sit in this area which is 36" wide- the shower is adjacent to it and all walls and floor of shower are clad with wedi system floor/panels.

More: I forgot to mention that I will be using 12x24 porcelain tile oriented vertically and seams staggered

thank you - i will give this a try. my other thought was to bevel the edges of tile and window trim at 45 degree angles in this corner but your suggestion sounds much easier . this is a small area and it sounds like your way is much simpler considering...
