Water damage to cedar tongue and groove wall

We recently had a roof leak from ice on roof and snow (bad flashing install from September new roof install). How can you tell if your tongue and groove needs to be replaced? Will it warp (lots of water that kept refreezing). Live in Minnesota. There are water stains on the ceiling and interior walls from the water and seems to be buckling some on the ceiling. Not sure if insulation behind the walls or not. Can't open the walls without ruining the tonge and grove.

Welcome to the forums!

Hard to say without seeing it, can you post a pic or two?
here on instructions - https://www.doityourself.com/forum/e...-pictures.html

Insulation can hold water. Is the T&G wood currently wet/damp?
