Connecting cd changer to bluetooth headunit

installed Pioneer MVH-X380BT replacing stock unit. The stock unit had a aftermarket pioneer 6 disc changer in the trunk.

I want to continue to use the CD changer. The new HU has 2 aux input jacks (white, red). is there an adapter that would allow me to still use the cd changer?

It is a blue rubber socket with a bunch of pin connections.

Looking at MVH-X380BT, the answer is "No".
There is no I/O port for cd changer at all. That head unit cannot communicate with CD changer to control it.
Only possible way it would work is if your CD changer has it's own control. Some CD changers used to do that, but haven't seen one in long time.
If it has it's own control, then you will have able to connect output from CD changer to AUX. But! you only have 3.5mm stereo jack in front for AUX.
White and Red RCA connectors on back is not input. It is output for external amplifier or subwoofer.

Only other option will be to change head unit with one that will work with your cd changer.

Remove cd changer.. Just put all your songs from your cd collection on a thumb drive and use the usb port on the front of the new unit

Only other option I see is replacing head unit with one that works with your CD changer.
Exactly..... but I don't think Pioneer uses that data connector on any of their current models.

At one time there was a stand alone remote that would work with their CD changer. You may find one on eBay like in this auction. Pioneer CD Changer CDX FM61 Controller CXA5863 | eBay

Why? He has BT HU. Simply put it on your phone and stream music. It's retarded, no offense intended, to have BY hU and still do CD-s.
Better off, find several good stations or create your own at say lastfm and simply stream music without getting bored listening to same 'ol.

There was a time not so long ago that I had the controllers for them but the interest in CD's waned and I ended up practically giving them all away.
