2001 Isuzu Trooper/ intermittant misfire

Started misfiring one day so I replaced spark plugs, no luck. Then I've had fuel filter, intake manifold gaskets, and #6 coil pack replaced. Also had mass air sensor swapped out with no positive results. Has only shown up on code reader a couple times as intermittent misfire. Any thoughts?

I had gotten a code for the EGR valve about a year ago and replaced it with a used one which seem to solve the problem. Just on a whim, I decided to take it off again and clean it. When I did, I discovered one bolt hadn't been pulled up tight so after cleaning I made sure it was and hoped that an air leak was causing the misfire, but I was disappointed.
