Honda Accord headliner dropped down
My Honda Accord LX headliner (car interio ceiling cover cloth) is down at somewhere especially at the rear near back window (liner is drop). Called shop, they ask me to drop car there for 1-2 days to replace. Somebody told me that I could buy adhensive to spray. How difficult and how big area it could cover? Is there anybody with experiences?

My limited experience with the spray on adhesive is hit or miss
You'd have to release that portion of the headliner in order to spray the adhesive behind it. I've never done it but I have seen where folks have took thumb tacks and pressed them into the headliner backer to hold the headliner up. I don't know how long that method lasts.

Don't waste time and money. Adhesives do NOT work. been tried several times. When headliner drops down, foam backing in it is all crumbled up and you can spray it with glue all you want to, it will keep falling apart. The only way I had this fixed was to remove headliner, remove cloth, scrape foam off completely, and glue on leather or vinyl or whatever. We used nagauhide, it's synthetic leather, actually came up real cool. But I had access to large rolls of it and tons of glue.
Otherwise - don't even mess with it. Replace headliner.

Look, hate to be this way - but I started with old rotten cars and very little money. I tried many times to fix them headliners. Ridiculous as it is, staples worked best, only a lot of them. But gluing - no way.
Or, that thing that I did. But it was all free materials, only our time.
