Tire size
Can I replace these tires P2057OR15 on a 7x12 enclosed trailer with tire size P18560R15 or will it be to small.Thanks for your help

Its a smaller tire, the dia is 2.5" smaller. What are the load ratings, that may be the deciding factor.

Way too small. If the width decreases (the 205 to 185 measurement), the the profile/sidewall percentage needs to increase (the 70 and 60 numbers). You proposed going down there as well.

P185/60R15 is a much smaller tire,...but most importantly, you NEED to use a Trailer rated tire, not passenger type tires. Trailer tires start with ST ex. ST205/75R15
You are already using a 15" tire smaller then the smallest 15" trailer tire available.
