Air conditioning r134a

I have a recovery tank full of new r134a refrigerant and my ac recovery machine is broken. I want to use the recovery tank and manifold gauges to add r143a to vehicles but not sure how to do it, I think I just use the blue port on the recovery tank any advice would be great thanks

Shopping for a replacement for a 2007 Chrysler 300, and having had the misfortune of marrying a woman ( who likes to jump over curbs with alloy wheels (to the tune of 400 plus bucks a shot) I told the sales person that I wanted more tire between the rim and the road. The sales person said I can accomplish that by ordering the smaller diameter rim with the new vehicle. I have not done the research to see if that is in fact the case, (would have to check tire sizes to be sure I guess. Standard rim size is 20" But I can get an 18" rim if I order it.
