2010 Forte Floor Mats

Haven't been on in a while. Here's a different kind of question. Got a new set of floor mats for my 2010 Kia Forte. It uses hold down buttons that fit in holes in mat. Drivers side has two holes that are slightly off. Are the buttons just glued to the floor or is there a screw on the underside that can be undone by lifting floor?

Can't say for sure but if you are talking about the snaps, they are most often in a depression and held by a rivet. Others might push in and have barbs.

Most of the ones I've seen are sort of "pop in". My 2004 Suzuki for sure and her 2014 Kia Soul, I think. Like push fasteners for trim and such? One of mine was broken off flush by someone washing the car who couldn't figure out you had to sort of "fold" the mat to take it out. It's still broken, but on the passenger side, so not a concern.

To be absolutely sure (and not wind up with one broken off), I'd call the dealer or a body shop.
