Chrysler Oil dip stick keeps breaking

I have broken two dipsticks in my 2007 Chrysler 300 3.5 litre V6 engine. It usually will lock in tight when it is hot, but this time it was locked cold. I HAD to check the oil and bang, the plastic part below the plastic ring that bonds to the metal strip that has the add mark on it broke in two. I have a new one, but the old one has to be removed safely without dropping debris into the engine, and the new one needs some preventive action. I do not see enlarging the metal tube with any abrasive as being remotely smart. I need an idea here, unless "never sieze" is used constantly when I check it. The engine has 110 thousand miles and just one owner me.

I found the procedure to remove it on UTube. If you guys get one stuck like mine, watch the video. You may be able to get it unstuck without destroying it.
