Ways to hang a white board on stucco wall?
I need to hang a whiteboard, it's about 5lbs and has no hooks on its back.
What's the best way to hang it with minimum damage to a stucco wall?

My wall has texture. Are there any types of screws beside drywall anchor screws? I don't like idea of using the drywall plastic screws since it splits at the end and looks very messy to patch.

Do you mean real stucco? Portland cement plaster? Or is this an interior wall with a heavy texture? Do you know how to find the studs? Will the board span two studs? Are you trying to avoid putting a screw through the board? Can you install hooks or some other attachment to the backside of the board? What are the dimensions of the board?
A plastic fastener that expands behind the drywall, for that is what I am guessing you mean, not stucco, will hold just fine. When you want to remove it just cut he head off the anchor and push it into the wall a bit and give it a dab of spackle. I have heard that toothpaste will work to fill such a hole?

My interior stucco wall lookhttp://atextures.com/wp-content/uplo...52-625x468.jpg with heavy texture.
Yes, I prefer not to put screws through the board, the frame is metal and there are no hooks on the back of the board. However, I can screw hooks on the back http://i01.i.aliimg.com/wsphoto/v0/1...ng-Kits-TS.jpg
I don't know the measurements of the board. I will try to hang it on studs, if not use those plastic drywall screws?

It's not a plastic drywall screw but rather a hollow plug you insert in the wall and then drive the screw into the plug. Often you can shove a phillips screwdriver into the drywall and then push in the plug.
Like these although you should be able to find a smaller pack - https://www.lowes.com/pd/Cobra-50-Pa...cluded/3382152

What's the difference between the anchors and the ones that don't split at the end?https://www.lowes.com/pd/E-Z-Ancor-5...Screws/1042133
I would think the ones that split at the end are hard to patch up?

I don't know that much about them, they both do the same job although the ones you linked to might be able to hold more weight.
When it comes time to patch the hole I don't remove then, just push them in a little deeper and then apply the mud over them.

I use these Wall Dog screws. They screw directly into the stucco and hold well.
