Repairing the crack in my ceiling

My ceiling has a little bit crack. Can I use wood filler and then paining it again or something else? I show you this picture but it didn't see the crack

That looks like a previous patch that may be cracking.
It may have been too big a hole for plaster only.

You can use any type of patching plaster over that.
Check that the entire patch isn't loose and falling out of the ceiling.

I agree - make sure that area is solid/stable. If it's just the crack you are concerned with you can fill it will caulking using a wet rag/sponge to remove the excess caulk [beyond the crack] To make that area's texture blend it better with the rest use joint compound.
