Bondo a Bathtub

How can I bondo, or use filler for this standing water that has caused a rust spot. Also what is the easiest way to reglaze after dip is filled? Thanks

It hold a very very small amount of water that pools there creating this rust stain

If it's an acrylic or fiberglass tub it could be unless you have some auto body experience and have worked with fiberglass, gel coats, and have painting experience the resulting repair will likely look a lot worse than the existing stain.

Just keep a towel handy and give it a wipe!

Do you have access to the area underneath the tub like a unfinished basement or crawl space? If yes then you might be able to support or brace that part of the sub to get rid of the dip. Other than that I would NOT attempt to fill in the dip. It will be a pretty major job and unless you're used to doing fiberglass body repair it's going to look pretty bad.
