Probably a crows foot brush. You can get a double or single. Google it. Also the consistency of the mud has a lot to do with the coarseness or fineness of the texture.
Photo is too close to get a good idea. But that brush would probably work. The consistency of the mud will be the other part to consider... how much water you need to add.
Put thinset on all my cement board seams, it's been on well over an hour and the joint are still very soft to the touch, the left over thinset in my bucket hasn't hardened at all either. The bag was about a year old and had some little clumps inside but easily broke up with your fingers. I don't want to have any weak joints in my shower wall, I'm wondering if I should buy a new bag a redo the joints again. I don't know what's is taking so long this time for the thinset to harden, any ideas?

Greetings All,
What kind of caulk, if any, goes in the crack between the bathroom sink backsplashes and the wall? The kind that is paintable or the silicone type that's going to go between the left side backsplash and sink joint? Thanks.
