Before you go buying one, does your truck incorporate an air bag? If so, how will you deal with it? Steering wheels only have one hole, splined with a nut to hold it on. Now the puller may utilize two or three holes.

What does your reading for the 03 Silverado state for the number of fasteners holding the steering wheel on? If its more than one, the source is incorrect. Thinking and knowing how to disarm a steering wheel air bag are not the same. Good luck.
