School bus oil change and fuel type

I recently bought a 1994 GMC Blue Bird skoolie and wanted to know if it could take 15w40 or 15w30 and can it take synthetic? I also wanted to know if it should be running on diesel fuel instead of regular gasoline. Any help
would be appreciated.

You don't know what kind of engine it has?

Better check before the next fill-up you could have a disaster on your hands!

Welcome to the forums.

I changed the thread name to reflect school bus.
They can be gasoline or diesel.
The type of oil required is based on operating fuel and your location.
