How coolant can get into exhaust?

Are there other ways that coolant could get into the exhaust other than a blown head gasket or cracked block?

most common is likely head gasket or cracked head there may be other reasons plastic intakes melting on the 3800 gm is one I can think of.

Millworker, year/make/model? Some have known issues that we might be able to narrow down.

With basic info, I agree with Alan.. cracked or warped head or blown head gasket.

Has it run hot recently? Or, even not recently?

Like TTG, a bit more info may help us narrow it down or go another direction.
My first thought was..... let make sure its your issue. Not doubting you, but info like this may help. Why do you say you have coolant in the exhaust? What are you seeing/experiencing? Anything happen leading up to this?
