Noise in kitchen sink

For a while, my kitchen sink has been making some noise every time after I use it.
It's not clogged at all, it's just a "blop, blop,..." sound for a minute or two.
I removed the siphon to clean it, but to no avail.
It's a Swiss setup with some kind of "chimney" you can see in the back.
I'm wondering if the problem comes from the overflow or from somewhere further down, in the black pipe or even from that chimney.

Thanks

Why is the Studor valve trapped? Is it a local code item? We are a North American based forum, so some things we don't see here.

The only place water should be gathering is at the bottom of the two traps.
Water should not be dripping down from the top of the black pipe.

It might be the dishwasher drain, Try suspending it up higher.
