Drain pipe?

So I am thinking about putting washer/dryer connections in my garage. Running water, power, and vent is no problem. The only thing I am concerned about is a drain. They will be along an outside wall and down from it is my guest bathroom. On the wall outside this bathroom is a 2 inch or so pipe right at ground level with a threaded plug. Would this be a pipe to the toilet drain? If so I could easily run a pipe along the outside wall to it for the washer drain.

2" pipes are not used for toilet drains. It could be from the sink.

Can you post a picture or two? It's hard to tell if it will work without knowing what it connects to.
