Let me know if the link doesn't work.

A relative's mobile home. I'm guessing the left T goes to the dishwasher, and the right T goes to the icemaker.

I want to put shutoffs on the line and manage the T's. The tubing coming up from the floor is PEX. I'm going to install a new countertop and faucet, while cleaning up the mess with shutoffs. I'll redo the drains, and there is a trap on the left side, so any advice on the drains would be appreciative also.

Would you just install a Shark shutoff in-line before the T's and leave the rest alone? I don't have to install a shutoff but of course the house water must be stopped.
