PVC 4'' to 2'' T small leak
We have some water line pipping on a Marina that has a small leak where the 4'' T with reducer goes to a 2'' pipe. The pipe is partially underwater - though the portion that is leaking is above water.
The leak is very small - like if you poked a hole in a water bottle with a needle or small nail.
Is there a product I can use that can set if wet or partially wet to patch the leak?
JB Water Weld?

There really is no dedicated repair for that kind of leak.
It's going to be experimental to see what holds.
There are two parts epoxies that can also be used.
Make sure there is no water pressure and the pipe is sanded so that it's not smooth giving the glue a better place to bond.
Repairs done on live pipes or underwater can be extremely difficult.
