Black iron pipe strength

Is it possible to slightly bend or flex by hand a 1" black iron pipe?

That depends on how long it is and how sharp you want the bend
but no..... you can't bend that with your hands.

Put one end on a curb and drive over it.

Maybe a 10' long piece and some boulders to hold it?

Whomever said brute force isn't the answer is simply not using enough brute force.

Dont bend or stress the pipe if you are going to run gas through it. It is a code violation and potentially dangerous. Put in a swing joint with a couple of 90's if you need to.

It would take a LOT of force to bend a 2" steel pipe. As a 5' lever, I'm sure you'll be fine.
