Under sink leak from supply line.. how do I fix??

The pipe is leaking and the sink is not being used. I've noticed an increase in the water bill and this is the reason..

I small drip is not the likely cause of the increase.
Why not just replace the line with a new SS braided line?
Where all going to have to guess what's causing the leak without a picture.

Is the leak before or after the shut-off valve?

You only said "the pipe is leaking". There are several different pipes under a sink. Which pipe? Where exactly is the leak?
