High -pitched Squeak

I have an under-slab CPVC water line system. A single run with several branches. In my master bath, I get a high pitched squeak when I operate a water valve at any other location. It's not particularly loud, but it happens every time another water valve is operated. Any ideas ??

Is the squeak coming from a faucet? If so it might be a balancing spool in the faucet moving in response to the changing water pressure. If it's not a faucet making the noise maybe the pipes are moving slightly and rubbing against something.

Could be a washer going bad and a slight leak of water or air slips by. Maybe a bad cartridge. Are all your isolation valve fully open, including your main water valve?

Sillcock leaking behind siding - tried to unscrew it from the outside

Hi All, My house was renovated before I bought it. All the plumbing was replaced with PEX tubing. My back yard spigot leaks behind the siding when turn on with a hose attached. My research has on this site and else where has lead me to believe my sillcock to the inside connection is cracked do to freezing. Yes, I didn't take the hose off the spigot for the winter... anyway, I tried to unscrew the whole sillcock assembly from the outside, it seemed to be working but, now I think its just spinning. I am guessing its the connection to the PEX and a threaded part. The connection is behind dry wall in the basement( I think). Is it time to call a plumber? Do I need to open up the drywall and hold the connection to the what I am assuming to the PEX from spinning? I would appreciate any help. Best, NickRead More

Exterior natural gas pipe for grill

[left]Hi all, I hate working with gas, but am trying to save some money for a seemingly easy/simple job. My parents got a new grill and unfortunately the existing gas pipe goes out from the house and then down to partially under the brick patio and up through a mounted grill. I've watched some videos and was wondering if the correct way to do this would be to remove the long pipe going down from house and add a shut off valve and then some sort of quick connect for the hose.
