CSST to outdoor grill

First time here, so thanks in advance for any help!! I am running gas to an outdoor island grill. I have buried 1/2" CSST 12-18" underground inside of a 2" PVC sleeve for protection. My question is what do I need to do at the transition point from where it comes out of the ground to where it connects to the grill? Can I leave CSST exposed and run it straight into the island structure where it connects to the grill, or do I need some sort of transition.
I know I need a gas shut off valve, but I was going to put that at the other end outside of the house where the line will enter the basement crawl space. Once back inside the house, I would convert back to CSST to my connection point. (plan to T off new line next to one of the furnaces.) See pictures below.

To summarize - primary question is what do I need to do at the transition point from where it comes out of the ground to where it connects to the grill? However, any comments or suggestions on the rest of my plan are much welcome.
