Hi PJMax.
I figure after a month of navigating DIY hot tub repair I'd finally post the need for help. I have a hot tub that came with our house. It worked kinda... for a few months after we moved in. I would like to restore it myself. I have detailed pictures of all components. I'm not sure where to start to replace the components or which ones that need to be replaced or just replace all and have a new tub. Help?

Thank you.
Make and model is unknown. Model and serial number are completely worn off. Honestly it reminds me of a hot tub my parents had in the mid to late 90's. If hat helps. I added pictures to this obit bucket album. Hot Tub by Vise Versa | Photobucket
Ok. End goal is to have this hot tub back up and running. There are no leaks and it seams to be a decent hot tub when it worked for the first few months we moved in.
Problems are:
1. Jets. Most are missing. I am assuming I can just replace from online or in store.
2. Control panel. Pretty much doesn't work. Jets work only a bit.
3. Heater. It kinda worked when we got it. Struggled to keep above 100 degrees.
4. Jets work a bit. Not much movement.
