Preserving Jalapenos?
I have only one Jalapeno plant this year and am getting more peppers than I can eat. Does anyone know a good way to preserve a smallish amount of peppers? I have too many to throw away in good conscience but not enough for a proper canning batch.

1) Slice long-wise, leaving the halves connected at the stem, then leave them to dry-
