Schlage New Lock Issue.
So I installed a new prehung Exterior Door last week and bought a new Schlage Door Knob and Deadbolt Combo and installed it. Worked great for a week and then we decided to paint the door so I removed them. When I went to re-install them again, the bottom thumb turn thing on the lock wont turn to lock the bottom knob. The deadbolt works fine and the actual knob turns to open the door, just the little switch thing on the knob wont turn to lock. Is there an easy fix or do I have to return them?

Probably an easy fix. Take it off again and see if you had it lined up correctly. My guess it that you didn't have the tang lined up with the slot inside the thumbturn.
