Flat concrete roof with a few leaks, how do I properly seal it up?
Hi all.
My wife and I just bought a 24' x 30' cement block building, 8x8x16 exterior blocks, 4x8x16 interior blocks, 14' ceiling, 8" thick reinforced concrete flat roof. It's essentially a bunker. When the zombie apocalypse starts, we're safe.
But the roof has numerous leaks we'd like to seal up, and I really can't find much help on Google for this project.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Google Elastomeric roof coating.
I would probably suggest that you clean, blow out, and caulk any apparent cracks first, using a quality concrete expansion joint sealant like Geocel, Sikaflex or NP1.

Good lord, that's $40+ a gallon! I had a guy recommend a fiberglass reinforced asphalt coating from Black Knight, but I'm unsure how well it would work. It's substantially cheaper at around $45 a pail.
