The right carpet cleaner
Hello, I am having around 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaned in the very near future. When shopping around for professional services I see different advertisements for Zipper or Prochem, steam cleaning, organic steam cleanings, ect.........
After doing as much research as I could, I feel like I should go with the Zipper/Prochem guy, however my knowledge base is very limited in this field.
Are there any professionals on this forum who could explain the difference and which/if there is a better of the listed above?
Thank you, Dustin

Steam cleaning can ruin the carpet. Many companies give the worker less than 30 minutes training, Too wet or too hot can ruin the carpet. I have see them shrink it to 6 inches short of the wall.
The "dry" systems can leave a lot of substance under the carpet. So whatever system you use, make sure you get a pro.
