Carpet re-stretching

After installation my carpet was fine. About 3 years after it was cleaned with a new system requiting very little liquid.and good extraction. I was told it would not buckle but did. I told him and he said it cannot be helped. It is a commercial condo carpet but looks good after years of wear except buckling in spots.
Stretch again?

Yes, if the carpet is wrinkled even after it dried re-stretching is probably the best option.

He either got it too wet or if he used steam, he got it too hot. I hope it will restretch. Some people who clean ruin the backing.
