Where to get bulk glue sticks

Area rug causes by a wet vacuum. How should I fix the bump? I could flip the rug over so I can fold again the rug but I think I’d cause a different ripple. Morning! My business is moving to a new space and this space has no flooring currently. We want to put down standard, commercial low mat/pyle(not sure of the term) carpet tile. The existing concrete floor isn't awful, but it definitely has some craters from where wall floorplates where shot-nailed and some existing concrete anchors which aren't protruding from the surface but are there. Bottom line is that the floor is not super smooth. I'd imagine if we carpeted over this as-is, the floor would be bumpy in places, etc... and just wouldn't be nice. What's standard practice here? I thought maybe a contractor would do a layer of self-leveling concrete or something to make it smooth. What are your thoughts? I'm asking because I don't know which type of pro to contact and didn't know if carpet pros deal with this as well.
