How to lower moisture levels for laminate flooring installation

I was told I could not have my laminate flooring installed because the moisture levels were 14-18% and needed to be below 13% for the installation. Lowe's did not give me any solutions on how to lower the moisture levels for the installation. What can I do?

Welcome to the forums.

What moisture level is this? Where are you intending to install the laminate?
