A quick flooring question

I recently installed my 2 and 1/4 inch wide hardwood floors.

As I lead a 'green lifestyle' I tend to keep my home cool in the winter and warm in the summer and I am wondering what is the proper temperature and humidity range to keep my home so I won't have any problems with the floors.

Thank you!!!

Best would be to keep the house temperature and humidity the same as when the floor was installed. We open our house as much as possible instead of using air conditioning. It's most noticeable in spring and fall when we leave the house open over night and it gets quite cold. I can hear the occasional little pop or tick sound as wood moves but after 15+ years there is no visible damage or problem.
