Carrier Infinity remote access

I have a Carrier Infinity wi-fi touch thermostat. It's been installed for several months with no problem, but I've recently been having trouble connecting through the iPhone app and the myinfinity website. When I try to access remotely, I get a message that says "DISCONNECTED: Check Wi-Fi connection at the wall control."

My wall control shows my network status as connected to the SSID and the MyInfinity server, so I'm not sure what to do. Would love any insight here.

Also, the wall control is working perfectly to control the system at the wall. It's just this remote access problem I'm encountering.

Thank you.

Thanks. Just tried it with the same result. Still can't connect remotely.

Carrier has a support line that you might call Monday.

Did you ever get your connection problem resolved? I have the exact same issue that you described that occurred after Carrier upgraded their servers on July 15th. Since then I have been working with Carrier's customer service group with no success. They have provided a number of troubleshooting suggestions, but none have fixed the issue.
