Connect Nest Thermostat to Humidity Control
I have a whole house humidifier controlled by Skuttle Model 83330 Humidity Controller. I would like to replace my current thermostat with a Nest and ALSO allow my Nest to control my humidifier (consolidating two controllers into one). Please enlighten me on how to properly connect my Nest to do this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I've attached a setup diagram and photos (the furnace C and Y wires I believe go to the outside compressor).

Welcome to the forums.
You will follow the following diagram.
We'll use orange to bring switched 24v to the humidifier and we'll use blue to bring C to the nest.
The current humidistat and the transformer (relay?) will no longer be used.

Thank you!!. So white from humidity controller needs to be spliced and wired to the C on the furnace (basically split it and have it going to flow thru humidifier and C on furnace) and connected to the C on the nest. Red from the controller needs to go to the (*) on the Nest, correct?

Correct and correct.
I think that "relay" is actually a transformer. That means it will be connected to 120v power inside that electrical box. It can just be left that way.
