Old laundry sink/ faucet replacement
Ive got this old laundry sink / faucet setup that doesn't work so well so trying to replace the taps.
It would appear as though the threads where it connects vertically were solder together.
How would I go about replacing these? Cut the copper pipe and start from scratch?
Ideally I'd like to have the pipes come out horizontal for the taps I want to use.
Keep in mind I'm a beginner with plumbing!

It might have been soldered because it leaked. So starting from scratch would be the best idea. Sharkbite couplings may make the job easier but you still may have to sweat a few joints.
