Can this soap dispenser be repaired?

My soap dispenser that is mounted through the countertop next to my kitchen sink broke the other day. There is a pipe nipple that comes up from the pump and then the metal dispenser head screws on to that nipple. The nipple appears to be acetal.

Its a pretty dumb design because this little plastic pipe nipple is effectively supporting the thing you're supposed to push down to get the soap out. Mis-hit it and it breaks real easily.

Well, mine broke. In the picture the little threaded piece is supposed to be connected to the stem that it is near. Is this a replaceable thing or do I have to replace the entire dispenser assembly?

There is no apparent brand marking on the dispenser to help me figure out where to look for a part.

I would doubt you're going to find replacement parts for that dispenser. You can pick up an all metal replacement dispenser from most home improvement stores.

The one in the link is foaming but there others on the page.
