Standing water in tub, drain is good, tub eroding?

Hi Forum, okay I have a question. I have a bathtub that has water standing in the bathtub. The tub is not level. The drain works fine. There are no issues with the drain. I am looking at having a tubliner, or having the bathtub completely replaced. What is the best option? Or how can I do it myself just to get the top level so it will drain properly and then I can fix the Cosmetic issues? Tub is a steel tub with ceramic over it, drop in bath tub. Only one side is not connected to the wall, walls are tile walls. Not a clawfoot. Thanks to any replies in advance.

Post a picture so we can see what your seeing.
There is no way I know of to relevel a drop in tub without removing everything down to the studs.

Here's another photo I posted on another site, I'm at work the next 5 days so can't post another till I get home. Hopefully it illustrates what's going on. The tub obviously wasn't level properly for it not to drain. Just not sure what to do now, fix it myself, hire someone to fix, or tub replacement.
