What would the mounting method be? Screws or adhesive. What does the manufacturer recommend? If screws do you have a drill and a diamond bit? How much does it weigh?

That depends on how you mount them. Something like double sided tape should be fine.

The manufacturer recommend uses adhesive on the shower tile. If I change my mind, I remove the simplehuman® Triple Wall Mount Pumps. Is it easy to remove or hard?

Double stick tape should be easy. You might need a razor blade to scrap off residue, but you won't harm the tile. I had one of those Simple Human soap pumps. Didn't last long.
