Bathroom shower faucet cold water leak

Hello all!

I have a cold water drip and I am trying to replace a washer and possibly a seat valve. I have gotten the handle off but don't know how to disassemble it any further. I don't not want to force it and break off anything. How do I get to my washer? It is a Sears model faucet set.

Thanks!!

The blue and the white parts pull straight out. Sometimes it takes a bit of wiggling. Don't be surprised though if you need a new cartridge instead of an olde fashioned "washer".

Thanks Pilot Dane! Just had to replace the cartridge. Your tip made that possible!
