Repairing a toilet paper holder

The part that goes on the wall has already been screwed in. No problems with that, but I don't know how to put everything together.

I know how it is supposed to look when fixed, but I can't figure out how to make the ring and the rest of the parts stick together. There aren't screws or anything.

Going to list the house on sale, so really need to get this taken care of.

Thanks in advance.Name: IMG_3186.jpg

Welcome to the forums.

That would be a towel holder...... called a towel ring.
There will be a setscrew where the red arrow is pointing.

It will be a small flat head screw or a hex key type set screw.

Thank you so much! Having a hard time finding a replacement screw in hardware stores, but your information was really helpful.

What was in there was an actual setscrew. Any screw that matches the thread size will work.

Hardware store IS the best place to check. You may have to look at metric screws.
