How to resolve sewer odor from the sink?
Whenever I turn on the water in my bathroom sink, I kept smell this sewer oder from the sink. I already tried dumping some bleach in it. What else can I try? The P-trap is still there and it doesn't seem to be defective either.

Most bathroom sinks have a built in overflow channel. Try flushing a bleach solution down that channel. "Stuff" sometimes backs up into that channel from the lower end where it joins the drain, and can begin to smell after time. You may have to repeat the treatment a few times.
Also, its quite common for hair and soap scum to accumulate around the lower end of the pop up drain. It can be removed by loosening the nut where the pop up lever goes into the drain tube under the sink. Then the pop up drain and the drain itself can be cleaned thoroughly.
