Toilet beginning to sink into floor.

We live in a doublewide mobile home and the house is about 27 years old. The toilet in one of the bathrooms is beginning to tilt sideways into the floor. The floor space the toilet sits on seems to be rotting and degrading. I fear that if I don't do something soon, it's going to keep getting worse. What's the best way to deal with this?

Replace the rotting floor.

Addressing why it's rotting is also a good idea.

Yea. I've got no choice but to replace the floor. As for why it's rotting... I have no idea.

The wax seal for the toilet is leaking. You will see it when you remove the toilet to replace the floor. Feel free to ask us for more help when you start your project.

Because the idiot manufacturers use to use particle board for flooring. I soaks up water like a sponge, probably from a leaking toilet in this case, then begins to dissolve. Replacing it is often not an easy task. First step is to pull the toilet and see if it is particle board. The MH is new enough it might not be particle board. If something else you got lucky.
