Replace kitchen faucet, old 6" center, 2 handle

I have an old, very modest rental house. The kitchen sink is the old cast iron/enamel. The faucet has finally broken and I would like to find a 6" faucet for the repair (rather than update with new counters). There is a spray hose in a hole separate from the faucet itself. I guess it would be called a 4-hole?
Does someone have a source, or can I somehow adapt another type of faucet?

Here's a link to an example of a single hole faucet with soap dispenser included:
https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/468-SD-DST

This single hole faucet, and many others, include an optional base plate to cover the 3 holes.
The soap dispenser will fill the other hole or you can use a water filter faucet.

Pay no attention to the high MSRP on the page.

Thanks, I have tried that. Most of the faucets shown in my searches aren't 6". I found 3 on Amazon. One says it's adjustable for 6" or 8". Some customers say it fits, and some say not.

Thanks Handsome! The Delta will work and I found it online for $125 (Ibelieve). If I cant find a 2 knob faucet I can use that one. The kitchen is very rustic so the Delta would be a bit fancy.

There are also faucets like this Kohler:
Revival Kitchen Sink Faucet with Traditional Handles | K-16109-4A | KOHLER

The spout, side spray and valves are all connected with hoses, which means the width is variable.
The example is not rustic, but you could find one.

And don't call me Shirley...

Ha! I'd like to blame that on spellcheck, but not sure... Thanks for the Kohler link.
