Replacing A Sink Sprayer Hose

I've got a Danco replacement hose kit from Lowe's, the sprayer itself is Moen. The sprayer I have is good, just the hose needs replaced. Never done this before. I've unscrewed the top of the sprayer and set it aside but I can't seem to get the bottom piece off, the piece that goes between the sprayer and the hose. I'll upload a pic for clarity. I'd sure appreciate any suggestions as I'd love to do this myself!

Moen might send you the entire hose assembly for free. They used to be good like that. I've dealt with them before. Contact them first. I've dealt with Danco too & while they were very nice to me, their product wasn't the best quality.

But shouldn't this come apart so I can attach the whole thing to the new hose? I thought it was supposed to just unscrew.?

You have already removed the sprayer head. The fitting on the end of the hose is not removable.
