Help with leaky faucet

We moved into a new place, and the sink has a very slow drip. I can't for the life of me figure out how to unscrew the faucets to get at the cartridge to replace it. The handles seem very smooth and there doesn't seem to be anything to pry off or any set screws that I can detect. Would appreciate any help.

Thanks.

I've seen that type of lower hoses before, but I can't remember the manufacturer. Regardless, the handles should come off by holding the handle lever firmly and turning the lower bell housing counterclockwise. The housing will turn independent of the lever.
