Need help identifying Leaky kitchen faucet issue

My kitchen faucet is leaking where the hose is attached to the drop down sprayer when the water is turned on. The water is coming up the top of the sprayer. There is no identification/label/marking of any kind to identify what brand it is, at least on the surface. From what I have found online, it looks like I may need a new hose that attaches to the sprayer but I don't know what replacement hose to order. I need help identifying what the fix might be and/or the brand of the faucet. Here is a video I uploaded that shows the leak. https://youtu.be/k6ETU9HFHxc

Call Price Pfister and they will probably send you the hose or other parts free of charge. I'm more familiar with Delta and Moen.

It looks like your faucet is PP 531 series "Petaluma". The hose is part no. 951-102. The tech line will confirm this and help you get the parts.
