Help with unique prefab shower caulk/sealant replacement
Prefab Shower Photo
My parents had a prefab shower installed many years ago. No one can confirm, but I believe the contractor cut the shower into 3 sections (top, middle, bottom) in order to install. I am unable to find any company that sells a shower in this configuration.
The contractor sealed the area between the sections using what appears to be a rubbery type of rolled sealant (comes in a roll and you cut it to fit). As you can see in the linked photo, the top seal has turned yellow and the bottom seal is a mildewed mess.
I want to replace the sealing material and freshen up/clean up the shower. I checked at Lowe's and they no longer carry this type of rolled sealant product. I found a few options online but all had mediocre reviews.
Any suggestions for replacement options are greatly appreciated.
If I find a replacement material, should I caulk the seam between sections also? If so, what type of caulk is recommended?

If you can clean all the old off, maybe something like this would work.
