bathtub knob replacement
Anyone have an idea how to remove these knobs (picture attached). I tried to work a screwdriver underneath the black rubber ring and it goes a little bit under it but will not pry off the top. Thanks!

It's likely those chrome caps pop right off, the rubber ring stays in place.

Do you have a brand name. You might find it under the spout or stamped on the bezel.

If the chrome top doesn't unscrew, the handle may come off with a sharp tug.
